Black Garlic Pork Dan Dan Noodles

Kwanghi Chan owner of Bowls Restaurant in Co. Dublin and creator of ChanChan products has created some amazing recipes using his very own products.

This recipe for Black Garlic Dan Dan Noodles is a quick and easy dish the whole family will enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 340g ground pork
  • 1 Tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Chinese black vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 100g preserved Chinese mustard greens (available in Asian supermarkets)
  • 450g ramen noodles
  • For the sauce:
  • 2 tsp tahini paste
  • 3 Tbsp water
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp ginger, grated
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp ChanChan Mala Black Garlic Peanut rayu
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp Black Chinese Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp ChanChan Spice Bag Nut Mix, finely chopped
  • Handful of coriander (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
